As we are a small Australian business starting to venture out to ship internationally, the shipping rate and costs are much (2 to 3 times) higher compared to other worldwide business. We have absorbed the shipping costs as much as possible to reduce the cost to our customer.

Many worldwide businesses have fulfilment centres all over the world to ship direct and local to each country.

Whilst we are not at that stage yet, we take pride in packing your parcel carefully and shipping it from Australia to your country based on your faith in us as a growing brand!

If you have made a mistake after checking your Order Confirmation Email, please email us create@thedripbear.com within 12 hours to rectify your correct address so we can amend the shipping information.

To avoid delays or lost parcels, please make sure your delivery address is correct. Once your order has been dispatched, we can no longer edit the delivery address.

Australian residents: You should receive tracking information from AUSPOST to your email with options to redirect the parcel.

International: Please contact your local postal service i.e United States, contact USPS (1800 2758 777) for more instructions regarding your parcel.

Please note outside the 12hr timeframe and for orders in transit, there may be a redelivery fee of up to $50 AUD for Re-Delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels. 

Once we receive your order, we carefully pack it within 1-2 business days and dispatch it from Ormeau, 4208, QLD, Australia. All parcels come with tracking via Auspost.

If you opt for ‘Authority To Leave’ yourself, we are not responsible for the package in the rare case it is missing or stolen.

Your Kit will be delivered in a premium cardboard box, cushioned with rainbow paper shreds (like our logo hehe)- we want everyone to feel like their Drip Bear delivery is special, even if it's a gift to yourself!

The rainbow paper shreds are great to repurpose as gift stuffing!

All Drip Bears come neatly secured in a branded craft tape, so you know exactly what item has turned up on your doorstep.

We avoid plastics where possible to do our bit for the environment. You can expect reusable/recyclable materials with all our packaging.

The DIY Drip Bear Kit is the perfect gift! You can ship us directly to that lucky friend by entering their address as the shipping address, and your own as the billing address.

All orders come beautifully packaged with rainbow shredded paper in a premium cardboard box, plus we don’t include any value invoices inside the box as any receipts are sent directly to your own email address.

And because we currently do everything in-house, leave a message in the 'Notes' section during checkout and we can pass on a message. It’s that simple!

We will offer a one-time replacement on our phone cases if you discover a fault with your item within the first 12 months of purchase. Simply cover shipping for your new replacement.

For product care, please see care instructions provided with your order. The Cubcase product warranty does not cover:

• Any deterioration, scratches, printing peel off or other defects in similar nature resulting from normal aging, natural wear-and-tear, abuse or improper use
• Any damages caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications
• Lost or stolen items
• Devices (e.g. mobile phones, etc.) 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option.

Remove case from device, gently hand wash parts with soap and cold water, then pat dry with microfibre cloth. Same can be done with the lanyard piece.

DO NOT scrub or use alcohol wipes, alcohol based cleaners or bleach, this may rub off the printing.

We recommend to clean your case weekly/fortnightly or when visibly dirty.

Please be advised that consistent exposure to heat, sun, or moisture can cause damage to your case.

At this time, our cases are made for Apple iPhones but it is always a possibility for the future. We are always listening on socials, so comment your phone model and let us know your interest!

We've designed our Cubcases to be a hands-free case with the lanyard feature thus reducing the likelihood of drops when worn on the body.

The case itself has raised edges and ridged lining for impact absorption, however, we do not claim to be a "shock-proof boxed" type of case that is designed to protect your device when mishandled or dropped.

We consider Cubcases a fashion accessory with utility. Our cases paired with your device require certain care.

I SAY YES!

But for our duty of care, we do advise parental supervision for children under 6. You just don't want them to eat the mouth-watering dripping bears!

It is a super fun and interactive activity that exercises your fine motor skills and promotes sensory development. Who knows? We might also discover the next Da Vinci or Picasso here hey!

Our Dripping Acrylic Paints are water based and non-toxic, which make it a kid-friendly activity to especially boost their fine motor skills and sensory development.

During the creative activity, we recommend using and wearing the equipped table cloth, apron and gloves at all times.

If some does get onto your skin, simply wash off with water and soap. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water. If discomfort continues, seek medical attention.

We have to add this...just in case! Please DO NOT drink or ingest contents because then the paint will be ~dangerous~.

First off, we believe every Drip Bear created will be BEAUTIFUL AND UNIQUE in their own way.

This is the beauty here. There is no strict rule you have to follow. Your art is your expression. Be imaginative, be creative and be inspirational! Check out our socials to get a feel for it.

You could start with painting the crevices of the arms/neck/legs and drip the paint from the top down. Or lay the bear in a push up position and drip the paint horizontally in a zig-zag motion. The possibilities are endless!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and brand new, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping is at customer's expense. Refund is available on the order amount of the items, shipping fees are non-refundable due to a 3rd party postal service being used.
